If COI and company formation documents are in other than English language, then English version of certificate of Incorporation and company formation documents must be attested by Indian embassy/ notary public in the country of registration. All copies should be certified as “True and Updated Copy” & attested by Company Secretory or director of foreign company.

Registered address- mandatory
- Latest Annual Return if registered Address is different from that mentioned on the certificate of Incorporation or any government issued document confirming the registered address

- Utility bill in the name of the customer (not more than 2 months old from the application date)
- Bank statement should be 2 months old from date of application(signed & stamped by bank official on each page of the statement

- Letter from their present AD Bank for routing these transactions and confirming that regulatory returns would be submitted by them.
- Letter from their present AD Bank stating NOC to be AD Bank and all regulatory returns as on date been submitted
- UIN number issued by RBI
- Letter /contract of agreement for project in India
- Shareholding pattern / Beneficiary owner with percentage (%)

- For Minor accounts, valid documentation of the Guardian to be obtained
- Any other identity, address, entity, document can be accepted subject to the bank’s satisfaction
- KYC documents should be valid on the date of submission
