For logging in first time with your existing ID and password, you are required to enter,
- Login ID.
- Captcha.
- Login password.
- Enter the Phrase and select the image of your choice, which will be displayed to you on every successful login.
- Select and register minimum two security questions. Pls remember the answers, since it will be used when you try to reset / enable password with Forgot password link.
Safe Banking
- BBK India has introduced One Time Password (OTP) as an additional security feature to protect your account from online fraud. OTP is a six digit code sent on your registered mobile no and email-ID ( password protected pdf ) OTP will be sent to you during self linked accounts / Third party transafer, External fund transafer requests and shopping mall payments.
- Please ensure that your mobile number and your email ID is updated with us to be able to transact online.
- BBK will never send you e-mails asking for confidential details of your account/ PIN/ Password or personal parameters such as date of birth,mother’s maiden name etc.
- Beware of anyone asking you for such info on behalf of the bank through e-mails or phone calls.
- While it is our constant endeavour to provide you with the best of online services & facilities, the Bank is not responsible for any erroneous or wrong transactions made by you.
- Therefore, kindly ensure that the intended transaction entered by you are correct in all respects.
- The Bank shall also not be responsible for misuse of your account arising from any wrong , inadvertent or other kind of disclosure of such details by you.
- Bbk or any of its officials will never request you to share your login id or password at any time.
- Please Don’t Provide Any Information When Prompted or In ‘POP-UP’ “Authentication Required”.
- Please Bring to our notice immediately, if you come across any such requests.
- Please contact your branch immediately for fatca and crs compliance as per regulatory requirement.
