Dear Customer,

We are glad to inform you that new improved version of our Internet Banking is live now.

For logging in first time with your existing ID and password, you are required to enter,

1. Login ID.
2. Captcha.
3. Login password.
4. Enter the Phrase and select the image of your choice, which will be displayed to you on every successful login.
5. Select and register minimum two security questions. Pls remember the answers, since it will be used when you try to reset / enable password with Forgot password link.

OTP is a six digit code sent on your registered mobile no and email-ID ( password protected pdf ) OTP will be sent to you during self linked accounts / Third party transafer, External fund transafer requests and shopping mall payments.
  • Please ensure that your mobile number and your email ID is updated with us to be able to transact online.
  • BBK will never send you e-mails asking for confidential details of your account/ PIN/ Password or personal parameters such as date of birth,mother's maiden name etc.
